NYCEDC selected consultants who can provide on-call special inspection services and other related services. Each consultant performs special inspection services, as specified, under any Project Assignment awarded to the consultant in connection with specific capital projects throughout New York City.

Capital projects undertaken by the NYCEDC include but not limited to:

• Waterfront Properties: Marinas / Piers / Bulkheads
• Public Open Spaces: Parks / Plazas / Playgrounds
• Infrastructure: Utilities/ Sewers / Water Mains
• Transportation: Roadways/ Streetscapes / Water Taxi
• Parking: Garage Structures / Surface Parking
• Buildings
• Miscellaneous: EmergencyRepair / Remediation

JPCL is working with NYCEDC as a prime consultant to provide special inspections services through various task orders.

The scope of work includes installation of flood zone compliance, structural stability, concrete, masonry, wood, fireproofing, mechanical system, and progress inspections.
